This event is a Homeownership Fair put on by Project Sentinel and AAREA. The purpose of this fair is to provide additional information to previous First Time Homebuyer Class attendees, as well as anyone interested in learning more information about the house buying process.
- Registration begins at 9:30am. Space is limited. Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
- From 10am to 11:45am: A quick overview of the role of realtors, the role of the lender, the importance of credit, down payment assistance programs, and what Project Sentinel can do for you now and going forward in your home-buying journey.
- From 11:45am-12:30pm: Enjoy a free lunch while meeting with industry professionals! This event will give you the opportunity to talk one on one with experts in the realtor and lending fields.
This event IS NOT a HUD 8-Hour First Time Homebuyer Class. No certificate will be issued at the end of this event.
